The Meadowood Restaurant is a tasting menu that is particularly focused on wine, with a selection of 2915, a Grand Award winner. Wine Director Mickey Clark’s program aims to: tell the story of Napa Valley’s evolution into a premier wine region by showcasing labels across many decades. This means a large number of impressive verticals from leading producers such as Grgich Hills, Heitz, Caymus, Bond, Diamond Creek and many more. In addition to California, the wine list is also excellent in France, especially Burgundy and Champagne. Choose from Chef Christopher Costow’s nine-course tasting menu for $330 or the chef’s menu for $500. Both utilize the 2.5-acre Culinary Farm and offer wine pairings for an additional $250 per person.

The hotel’s Meadowood restaurant offers an elegant yet casual dining experience, featuring unique Napa Valley fare from Chef Christopher Kostow. The restaurant has a three hundred and thirty dollar tasting menu in the dining room and a five hundred dollar menu enjoyed at the chef’s counter in the kitchen. Both menus include service. The menu also includes a customized wine and spirits pairing experience.

Additionally, the restaurant offers a three-course prix fixe menu for ninety dollars, which can be enjoyed exclusively at the bar. Rotunda has a forty dollar appetizer menu designed to be enjoyed with bartender Sam Levy’s famous cocktails. Given the nature of the set menu for each evening, we invite and recommend that you contact us after making your reservation online to inform us of any strict dietary restrictions a few days prior to your reservation.
