A six-course dinner using only the finest ingredients will be served & eclectic wines will be paired with every course. All dishes will be created and prepared on the day of the dinner in order to spark creativity in the kitchen. The menu will only be presented upon arrival on the evening of the event.
Brandon will give in-depth descriptions of each wine & it's region, while chef Mark describes the preparation of every course.
